Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of the most prevalent chemical compounds in the cannabis plant. Unlike the more famous molecule, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD is completely non-psychoactive.
Clinical trials over the past four decades have found that the cannabinoid shows results in the areas of:

All of our products are made with CBD extracted from industrial hemp. This type of hemp contains less than 0.3% THC, with the bulk of our products containing 0% THC. All our CBD complies with the 2014 Farm Bill; however, be sure to check with your local legislation.
We are not allowed to sell/ship CBD-infused products to the following states:

All our CBD contains less than 0.3% THC and used topically. Drug tests will not detect such low levels.
Due to on-going shipping delays across the country due to the pandemic shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Shipping times depend on your order, if an in-stock product is purchased it will typically take up-to 2 weeks to ship, or longer depending on order volume. Any custom items that we do not carry in stock, that need to be personalized and handmade for you will take longer. All our shipping terms must be agreed upon before purchasing. Any orders placed over the weekend will not begin production until that following business day. Please realize this is a small business ran by one person.
Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days of delivery. Feel free to contact us within that time at email@example.com and we can have a replacement item shipped to you ASAP. You can also choose to have a refund on that item, or store credit.
All orders are shipped priority. When your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Or you can log into your account and see your tracking information as well. If you have not received your tracking information after the amount of processing time noted above, Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are missing your package after shipping or delivery has been confirmed, please contact the carrier (USPS: 800-275-8777 or 800-742-5877) to report a missing package. It is your responsibility to communicate with the carrier to resolve missing package claims. The carrier will investigate the missing package on your behalf. If your order cannot be located, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation for the missing package.
All orders are packed as safely as possible in priority padded mailers and are also shrink wrapped and include insurance. Once they are shipped and in possession of the USPS we are no longer responsible for your order. You can file a claim for compensation with your carrier at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#filing.
